ABSTRACT
Abstract In the process of long horizontal well in directional drilling, serious contact between drill string and wellbore leads to weight on bit loss. Therefore, this paper proposes a rotary controller (DSC) for well, its function test is completed through experimental platform. Connected DSC working mechanism, coupling dynamic model established under conditions drilling. case study, characteristics different units, including pipes bottom-of-hole modules axial torsional directions, are studied. The results show that effective value drilling rate increases while vibration velocity amplitude decreases. Moreover, direction, when system stable state, rotating angular pipes, table, collar 31.16 rad/s, 43.19 respectively. It indicates performance, which enhances balance capacity. Overall, from sliding friction string, addition realizes separation meshing bottom hole modules, can significantly increase transition efficiency torque value. Theoretical researches prove tool effectively solve problem loss process, provides new reference idea developing technology facing challenges.
