ABSTRACT
The use of xenotissue for the needs regenerative and cardiovasculare medicine is a promising area tissue engineering. The decellularization process provides complete purification elastin-collagen matrix bovine pericardium from cells their components. The high concentrations sodium dodecyl sulfate glutaraldehyde can lead to damage extracellular matrix. Therefore, purpose this study was microarchitectonics decellularized using low concentration (0.1% solution) avoiding glutaraldehyde.Further stabilization fixation carried out 10 mM 1- carbodiimide hydrochloride N-Hydroxysuccinimide. effect assessed by staining samples with hematoxylin-eosin scanning electron microscopy. Also research results confirmed absence structural changes in collagenelastin fibers after sterilization dose kGy.Thus, it be assumed that radiation method may safe bioimplants.
