Nanoimprinted photonic crystal using quantum dot embedded resin

ABSTRACT
Nanoimprinting can fabricate nanostructures with low manufacturing costs and high throughput, overcoming the limit of conventional fabrication. In this research, we a photonic crystal resonator composed QDs TiO2 nanoparticles using nanoimprinting technique. The PL is enhanced by coupling to quality factor optical mode, which supported consisting no loss dielectric composite. We demonstrate imprinted nanophotonic device operate as an enhance light-matter interaction. Additionally, research give promising way for high-resolution QLEDs luminescence enhancement.
