ABSTRACT
Halide perovskite (ABX3) has become an exciting material for research in next-generation optoelectronic devices because of their remarkable photoelectric properties high stability, luminescent quantum yield and carrier mobility. However, the presence different halogen elements could have a significant impact on optical physical properties. That's they huge differences environmental exchange migration characteristics. In this work, samples with three anions CsPbBr3, CsPbCl3, CsPb(Br0.5Cl0.5)3 were used, electrical stability photostability experiments carried out under dark environment continuous illumination 532 nm wavelength light, respectively. The electrical, thermal photodetectors analyzed by adding constant voltage 10 V to repeating times illumination, trends I-V curves recorded. experimental results show that anionic halides considerable defects leading poor light conditions. all-inorganic mixed halide is able form tightly bound surface ligands effectively suppressing generated surface, which its better linearity. Therefore, it indicates based allinorganic excellent provides promising way promote future.
