ABSTRACT
A new method which makes use of the variable accelerated motion servo motor is presented to fabricate triangular fiber Bragg grating. Considering exponential relationship between changes grating refractive index and exposure UV laser, this only requires one exposure, controlled by computer program control increment laser linear change on axial, then edge can be gained. The experiment result shows that has a good linearity, bandwidth 1.6nm, used 1nm, maximum reflectivity 90%. As sensor demodulation device, will more widely in sensing fields.
