ABSTRACT
Recreational cycling facilities are gaining increased attention with regard to the creation of social infrastructure and sustainable development in Taiwan. Cycling routes fast becoming a major tourist attraction both urban areas countryside. In response, governmental institutions have determine most effective means evaluate select new routes. addition, they must allocate resources for this development, despite budgetary restrictions considerations availability. This study applies Fuzzy Delphi Method identify criteria evaluation Hsinchu Technopolis support two other methodologies: Analytic Network Process, which helps weight importance routes, Zero One Goal Programming that find investment solutions once identified. The research results illustrate utility combined use these three methodological instruments as pertain decision making processes.
