ABSTRACT
A bioultrasonic spectroscopy system and method for studies of ultrasonic tissue characterization in the VHF UHF ranges were recently developed. Bulk linear acoustic properties velocity, attenuation coefficient, impedance, density can be determined an transmission line which specimen is sandwiched between two SiO2-buffer rods, having ZnO-film transducers on their outer ends, with distilled water employed as reference medium. An extensive study nonlinear propagation behavior liquids/tissues at these high frequencies has been initiated. In this paper, wave SiO2/water specimen/SiO2 frequency range fundamental from 100 to 200 MHz discussed theoretically empirically input fundamental-frequency power about 1 mW. new measuring nonlinearity parameter liquids proposed, taking notice that sign SiO2 different liquids. The by distance rods second-harmonic-component output receiving transducer becomes zero, SiO2.
