ABSTRACT
The results of a study the three-dimensional vibration two dry human skulls in response to harmonic excitation are presented. vibratory exhibits three distinct types motion across range audible frequencies. At low frequencies below 1000 Hz, whole-head quasi-rigid is seen. middle between and 6000 series increasingly complex modal patterns. Above wavelike clear wavefronts can be distinguished data. In this regime relationship wavelength frequency calculated compared number theories skull that have been proposed.
