Plyometrics is a popular training modality for basketball players to improve power and change-of-direction speed. Most plyometric has used sagittal-plane exercises, but improvements in speed have been greater multi-direction programs. To determine the benefits of 6-wk frontal-plane (FPP) program compared with (SPP) regard speed.Fourteen female varsity high school participated study.
