ABSTRACT
We aimed to diagnose arteriosclerosis by identifying the fluorescence that originates from substance in arterial wall of arteriosclerotic vessels. The inner surface abdominal aorta rabbit models was illuminated an excitation light and multispectral images were obtained. spectra sites shown be different those normal sites. then calculated a ratio intensity at wavelength two significant differences for each pixel, reconstructed images. As result, we succeeded ‘disease mapping’, which can discriminated may ascribed fluorophores contained intima/media artery.
