ABSTRACT
Recently, twisted bilayer photonic materials have been extensively used for creating and studying tunability through interlayer couplings. While experimentally demonstrated in microwave regimes, a robust platform measuring optical frequencies has elusive. Here, we demonstrate the first on-chip crystal with twist angle-tunable dispersion great simulation-experiment agreement. Our results reveal highly tunable band structure of crystals due to moiré scattering. This work opens door realizing unconventional properties novel applications frequency regimes.
