ABSTRACT
The body weight–based thrombolytic medication strategy in clinical trials shows critical defects recanalization rate and post-thrombolysis hemorrhage. Methods for perceiving thrombi heterogeneity of thrombolysis resistance is urgently needed precise thrombolysis. Here, we revealed the relationship between thrombin created an artificial biomarker-based nano-patrol system with robotic functional logic to perceive report thrombi. nano-patrols are contrallable able accomplish resistance-matched personalized therapy according feedback signal from biomarkers. This depicted more enhanced efficiency (elevated by 25%) than alteplase mini pig model achieved thrombotic where encountered failure. Moreover, remarkably reduced infarct volume hemorrhagic transformation risk (0.12-fold alteplase) cerebral thrombosis. Therefore, developed a unique tool diagnosing achieving
