ABSTRACT
We introduce a method for the bottom-up assembly of biomolecular structures that combines precision atomic force microscope (AFM) with selectivity DNA hybridization. Functional units coupled to oligomers were picked up from depot area by means complementary strand bound an AFM tip. These transferred and deposited on target create basic geometrical structures, assembled different functions. Each these cut-and-paste events was characterized single-molecule spectroscopy fluorescence microscopy. Transport deposition more than 5000 achieved, less 10% loss in transfer efficiency.
