ABSTRACT
The quantized version of the anomalous Hall effect has been predicted to occur in magnetic topological insulators, but experimental realization challenging. Here, we report observation quantum (QAH) thin films Cr-doped (Bi,Sb)2Te3, a insulator. At zero field, gate-tuned resistance reaches value h/e^2,accompanied by considerable drop longitudinal resistance. Under strong vanishes whereas remains at value. QAH may lead development low-power-consumption electronics.
