ABSTRACT
One antibody for all and antibodies one Antibodies against related flavi-viruses such as dengue (DENV) West Nile (WNV) can cross-react with Zika virus (ZIKV) could thereby increase disease severity. Bardina et al. tested whether DENV WNV from humans, or even yellow fever vaccination, enhance ZIKV infection. In a mouse model, low titers of enhanced viremia, especially in the spinal cord testes, whereas high remained protective. Generally, were less disease-enhancing than antibodies, and, macaques, vaccination had very little effect. Science , this issue p. 175
