ABSTRACT
Genomics of the Iberian Peninsula Ancient DNA studies have begun to help us understand genetic history and movements people across globe. Focusing on Peninsula, Olalde et al. report genome-wide data from 271 ancient individuals Iberia (see Perspective by Vander Linden). The findings provide a comprehensive time transect region. Linguistics analysis archaeological human remains dating about 7000 years ago present elucidate impact prehistoric historic migrations Europe North Africa.
