ABSTRACT
The metal-halide ionic octahedron is the optoelectronic unit for halide perovskites, and a crown ether–assisted supramolecular assembly approach can pack various octahedra into tunable symmetries. In this work, we demonstrate near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) blue green emission with of hafnium (Hf) zirconium (Zr) octahedral clusters. (18C6@K) 2 HfBr 6 powders showed PLQY (96.2%), was also achieved ZrCl 4 Br at 82.7%. These highly emissive feature facile low-temperature solution-based synthesis conditions maintain high in solution-processable semiconductor inks under ambient conditions, they were used thin-film displays three-dimensional–printed architectures that exhibited spatial resolution.
