ABSTRACT cDNA arrays were used to explore mechanisms controlling fruiting body development in the truffle Tuber borchii. Differences gene expression higher between reproductive and vegetative stage than two stages of maturation. We suggest hypotheses about importance various physiological processes during bodies.
