ABSTRACT A standard procedure for pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) of macrorestriction fragments Acinetobacter baumannii was set up and validated its interlaboratory reproducibility potential use in the construction an Internet-based database international monitoring epidemic strains.
