ABSTRACT
Soil salinization is one of the major environmental stresses limiting crop productivity. Crops in agricultural ecosystems have developed various strategies to adapt salt stress. We used rice mutant and CRISPR-edited lines investigate relationships among S quamosa promoter B inding P rotein box (SBP box) family gene ( SST / OsSPL10 ), soil metabolites, rhizosphere bacterial community. found that during stress, there are significant differences community metabolites between plants with those without it. Our findings provide a useful paradigm for revealing roles key genes shaping microbiomes their offer new insights into enhance tolerance high levels from microbial ecological perspectives.
