ABSTRACT
The spatial structure of chromatin plays important roles in normal cell functions and the regulation gene expression. three-dimensional (3D) architectures genomes many mammals plants have been elucidated, but corresponding studies on filamentous fungi, which play vital as decomposers organic matter soil, are very limited. Penicillium oxalicum is one predominant cellulolytic aerobic fungi subtropical tropical forest soils can secrete integrative cellulase xylanase under integrated regulatory control, degrading plant biomass highly efficiently.
