ABSTRACT
Following minor surgery performed under topical application of oxybuprocaine (Dorsacaine, Novesin) two patients suffered from fibrinous iritis and moderate corneal swelling. We believe that this represents a toxic reaction caused by an inadvertent entry drug into the anterior chamber during procedure.
