ABSTRACT
Health services across the world made rapid adjustments to direct and indirect consequences of covid-19 with varying success. 1 The World Organization's initial recommendations were based on system adaptations in China, focusing predominantly secondary care public health. 2 3Primary received less policy attention both globally UK.Hospitals major centres transmission, mortality at 40% among those receiving critical 4 many patients dying alone.With cases again increasing, there is an urgent need for strategies support management home, reduce unnecessary admissions, optimise use health service resources.
