ABSTRACT
An investigation of the accuracy general practitioner and Executive Council files was approached by a comparison two. High error rates were found, including both file errors record errors. On analysis it emerged that could not be satisfactorily expressed except in time-dimensioned way, we unable to do this within context our study.
