ABSTRACT
Background Considering the narrow immune response spectrum of a single epitope, and nanoparticles (NPs) as novel adjuvant can achieve efficient delivery antigenic peptides safely, nano-system (denoted DSPE-PEG-Man@EM-NPs) based on cathepsin B-responsive was designed synthesized. Methods Highly affinitive were delivered by self-assembled NPs, targeted erythrocyte membranes acted peptide carrier to improve presentation strengthen cytotoxic T-cells reaction. Cathepsin B coupling could release rapidly in dendritic cells. Results Evaluations showed that DSPE-PEG-Man@EM-NPs had obvious inhibitory effects towards both MCF-7 MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell lines. Conclusion Overall, this strategy provides for boosting T lymphocytes response, thereby expanding adaptation range tumor improving therapeutic effect immunotherapy with nanomedicine.
