ABSTRACT
A patient is reported on with a subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) from an aneurysm of the posterior communicating artery, who initially presented sentinel bleed into arachnoid cyst and normal magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) intracranial vasculature which led to delay in diagnosis. Although this very rare presentation relatively common condition, it important recognise importance intracystic such circumstances as well limitations MRA, diagnosis may have serious clinical consequences.
