ABSTRACT
Flow diversion of intracranial aneurysms with the Pipeline Embolization Device (PED) is commonly performed, but value long-term angiographic follow-up has not been rigorously evaluated. Here we examine prevalence actionable findings aneurysm recurrence and development in-stent stenosis in a cohort patients that underwent at multiple time points.Angiographic data from eligible were retrospectively assessed for occlusion, stenosis, regrowth or recurrence. Patients included this study if they imaging 6 months post-treatment least one later point.100% (132/132) occluded remained final follow-up. 85.7% (6/7), 56.3% (27/48), 25% (6/24) entry remnant, subtotal filling, total respectively, completely 98.7% (147/149) PED constructs demonstrated no angiography, while 44.4% (8/18) demonstrating had resolution on angiography.Among who undergo treatment PED, angiography complete occlusion month low.
