ABSTRACT
Escherichia coli O26:K60, with genetic attributes consistent a potentially human enterohaemorrhagic E was isolated from the faeces of an eight‐month‐old heifer dysentery. Attaching and effacing lesions were identified in colon similarly affected examined postmortem, shown to be associated coil 026 by specific immunolabelling.
