ABSTRACT
Critical speed and hunting frequency are critical metrics for assessing running stability, with a significant impact on railway vehicle dynamic performance. Evaluating effects of parameters these two is important the optimization design. This study focuses rigid bogie secondary suspension, which lateral model accounting displacement yaw motion developed. Analytical formulas were derived by using perturbation procedures, Newton method some simplified treatments. Employing analytical formulas, comprehensive analysis multi-parametric influences was carried out, yielding global sensitivity indices against various parameters. The results indicate that align well numerical calculations, providing basis preliminary design optimization. There exists coupling interaction between different their frequency, indicates necessity total-order analysis. equivalent wheel-rail contact conicity identified as most sensitive factor both while damping damper also significantly affects frequency.
