ABSTRACT
We developed a standard-free method for untreated hairs and the has been applied to quantitative analysis of more than 30,000 taken from people concerned in order evaluate exposure some toxic elements intakes essential elements. Besides these analyses, we have measured nearly 2000 collected healthy Japan over past 20 years. It was found that concentrations elements, such as vanadium, chromium, manganese, copper mercury, keep increasing up present. Such tendencies were particularly notable female, while not clearly observed male. Concentrations calcium, magnesium zinc, show no obvious long-term variations. On other hand, iron selenium slightly decreasing tendencies. With regard it arsenic, chromium mercury are tending increase year by year.
