ABSTRACT
In the framework of Dyson–Schwinger equations, we employ two kinds criteria (one kind is chiral condensate, other thermodynamic quantities, such as pressure, entropy, and specific heat) to investigate nature phase transitions in QED 3 for different fermion flavors. It found that flavors are all typical second-order transitions; critical temperature order transition obtained from condensate susceptibility same with by which means they equivalent describing transition; decreases number increases there a boundary separates [Formula: see text] plane into symmetry breaking restoration regions.
