ABSTRACT
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription has the characteristic of “one person, one prescription”. Mining rules its prescriptions can be helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment reflects “Precision Medical”. Taking classic cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases as samples, author discussed mining process methods techniques data preprocessing. The machine learning method is used to construct a model based on set relations, similarity between calculated, “Mean-Link” clustering algorithm clustering. results showed that 14 kinds TCM diseases, such hypertension coronary heart disease, were grouped into four categories in terms compositions among which cluster composed HFP (Heart Failure Prescription), SHYF (Siheyifang), WSJXD (Wenshen Jiuxin Decoction) poly category, HP1 (Hypotensive SSP (Sinus Syndrome YQJND (Yiqi Jiannao two types 0.21, highest value. In indications, they are clustered groups, 0.60, comprehensive composition indication seen: (1) BWJYD (Bawei Jiangya Decoction), TMGTD (Tianma Gouteng Decoction); (2) HP1, AP (Anemia MVD (Myocardial Vital Drink); (3) HFP, WSJXD; (4) SSP, YQJND. these groups have significance mutual reference reference.
