Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescription has the characteristic of “one person, one prescription”. Mining rules its prescriptions can be helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment reflects “Precision Medical”. Taking classic cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases as samples, author discussed mining process methods techniques data preprocessing. In indications, they are clustered groups, 0.60, comprehensive composition indication seen: (1) BWJYD (Bawei Jiangya Decoction), TMGTD (Tianma Gouteng Decoction); (2) HP1, AP (Anemia MVD (Myocardial Vital Drink); (3) HFP, WSJXD; (4) SSP, YQJND. these groups have significance mutual reference reference.
