ABSTRACT
The complex nature of neuronal interactions the human brain has posed many challenges to research community. To explore underlying mechanisms activity cohesive regions during different cognitive activities, innovative mathematical and computational models are required. This paper presents a novel Common Functional Pattern Mining approach demonstrate similar patterns due common behavior certain regions. electrode sites EEG-based functional network modeled as set transactions node-based measures itemsets. These itemsets transformed into graph data structure called Graph. By mining this Graph, specific functioning can be identified. empirical analyses show efficiency proposed in identifying extent which (transactions) various load states.
