ABSTRACT
Buckling, free and forced vibration analyses of orthotropic plates are studied numerically using Isogeometric analysis. The present formulation is based on the classical plate theory (CPT) while NURBS basis function employed for both parametrization geometry approximation deflection. An efficient easy-to-implement technique used imposing essential boundary conditions. Numerical examples buckling with different conditions configurations considered. numerical results compared other existing solutions to show efficiency accuracy proposed approach such problems.
