ABSTRACT
CuO/CNT composites were synthesized via simple and rapid microwave approach. The nanocomposites characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Further, the electrochemical performances of evaluated. prepared samples displayed high specific capacitances 164.5[Formula: see text]F[Formula: text]g[Formula: text] at 1[Formula: text]A[Formula: text], during cycle process, capacitance value aggrandized to 274.7[Formula: remained 166% primary after 10 000 turns. Moreover, CuO/CNT//AC asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) exhibited an energy density 17.08[Formula: text]Wh[Formula: text]kg[Formula: 775[Formula: text]W[Formula: excellent stability in 6M KOH aqueous electrolyte, showing its enormous potential energy-storage devices.
