ABSTRACT
The inter-organizational cooperation (IOC) is based on the use of consensual ways to seek a common goal. It requires strategic vision organizations enable purchases and allocate resources improve performance create learning. In addition, IOC may be able pool resources, skills values looking for maintaining competitiveness. must develop ‘Relational Capabilities’ (RC) their cooperative success. Such are learning, involving structural interaction, development specific assets behavior. Authors present typology dimensions characteristics understanding construct. From these aspects, research proposes theoretical framework allowing assessment RC construct, in IOC. To elaborate it, studies mentioned above were regrouped by similarities, pursuit joint complementary, new components from proposed. results five dimensions: coordination, cultural, knowledge, technology coadaptation, which formed components. possible believe that evaluation relationships can identify factors influence success alliances should improved or developed empirical disclosure results.
