ABSTRACT
Using longitudinal survey data from women in the CRA-W Graduate Cohort program, we measured prevalence of observed or experienced sexism and its impact on departure Computer Science Engineering (CSE) doctoral programs. Our suggest that sexist behavior is perceived less often by these than it general. In addition, few who observe are motivated to think leaving their CSE Nevertheless, when reason for thinking due they experienced, odds actually departing at least 21 times greater if thought any other reason.
