ABSTRACT
Solid-state disks (SSDs) are becoming widely used in personal computers and expected to replace a great portion of magnetic servers supercomputers. Although many high-speed SSDs present the market, both design hardware architecture details flash translation layer (FTL) not well known. Meanwhile, systems requiring high-end storages, specially tuned can perform better than generic ones, because applications such environment usually fixed.
