This article examines the practice of electronics building in context other crafts. We compare experience making with experiences carving, sewing, and painting. Our investigation is grounded a survey 40 practicing craftspeople who are working each these disciplines. then use this as foundation for discussion hybrid craft—integrations present examples craft discuss ways which blended practices can enrich diversify technology.
