The Internet of Things (IoT) is advancing and the adoption internet-connected devices in everyday use constantly growing. This increase not only affects traffic from other sources network, but also communication quality requirements, like Quality Service (QoS), for IoT applications. With rise dynamic network management programming technologies Software-Defined Networking (SDN), requirements can be tailored to fit niche cases characteristics. We propose a publish/subscribe QoS-aware framework (PSIoT-SDN) that orchestrates mediates allocation resources between data aggregators pub/sub consumers.
