The provision of high-quality Public Services (PSs) constitutes a core activity the public sector. Consequently, PS modeling has received considerable attention. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is standard often employed in modeling. BPMN diagrams are clear understandable case simple PSs. However, this not true when complex PSs i.e., those including large number versions.
