ABSTRACT
A highly sensitive electrochemical method, based on a gold nanoparticle (GNP)-modified indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode (ITO/GNP), was developed for the detection of amoxicillin (AMX). Amoxicillin adsorbed onto ITO/GNP to prepare ITO/GNP/AMX electrode, which further modified with Cu(II) by simple dropping solution. The electrodes were characterized scanning electron microscope (SEM) and methods. detected using anodic peak current Cu in square wave voltammetry (SWV). linear concentration range from 10 1000 nM limit 0.5 found.
