ABSTRACT
Objective. To explore the intervention methods of patients with dysuria after performing procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH). Methods. 100 cases were randomly divided into experimental control groups. The group received routine nursing care. As comparison, group, on basis conventional care, was treated moxa roll moxibustion 1 hour operation 30 minutes. autonomous urination within h, 2 4 6 8 h catheterization rate two groups observed. Results. median time (8 h) significantly greater than that (6 (P < 0.001). Cox regression analysis showed therapy positively correlated automatic micturition in PPH. probability 2.032 times (RR = 2.032, 95% CI: 1.278~3.230). (38%) higher (10%) Conclusion. Guanyuan acupoint can prevent PPH reduce urethral catheterization.
