ABSTRACT
Cytocompatibility of repair materials plays a significant role in the success root canal repair. We conducted comparative study on cytocompatibility among iRoot BP Plus, FS, ProRoot MTA, and Super-EBA L929 cells MG63 cells. The results revealed that FS was able to completely solidify within 1 hour. Plus required 7-day incubation, which much longer than expected (2 hours), set. MTA exhibited similar setting duration 12 hours. All except possessed negligible vitro cytotoxicity. had best cell adhesion capacity both With rapid setting, cytotoxicity, enhanced capacity, demonstrated great potential clinical applications. Future work should focus longer-term an vivo assessment.
