ABSTRACT
The aim of the study was to investigate effects subchronic exposure zebrafish ( Danio rerio ) a fluoroquinolone norfloxacin, using selected oxidative stress parameters as target. Toxicity tests were performed on according OECD Guidelines number 203 and 215. In Subchronic Test, significant (P<0.01) increase in activity glutathione peroxidase, S-transferase, catalase found. test, norfloxacin did not affect lipid peroxidation catalytic reductase. From results, we can conclude that has negative impact specific biochemical processes connected with production reactive oxygen species fish tested.
