ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to evaluate the elution substances from different materials used for manufacturing temporary indirect restorations, after storage in saliva and ethanol 75%. 10 samples three chemically cured (Protemp 3 Garant, Systemp.c&b, Trim) one light-cured material (Clip F) were stored 75% 24 h, 7, days 28 days. From media at each time period, prepared analysed by LC-MS/MS, order access monomers. results differed among (P≤ 0.05). No monomers detected Protemp Garant Clip F. Substances only Systemp.c&b Trim. amount BisGMA, TEGDMA, UDMA 2 released higher compared Storage affected release id="M2">P≤ highest observed within first h. It can be concluded that provisional resin composite do not show high is dependent. However, detection additional peaks during analysis, suggesting formation by-products eluted substances, may favour these with respect their toxicity.
