ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes the impact factors and principles of siting urban refueling stations proposes a three-stage method. The main objective method is to minimize vehicles’ detour time. first stage aims at identifying most frequently traveled road segments for stations. second focuses on adding additional serve vehicles whose demands are not directly satisfied by identified in stage. last further adjusts optimizes station plan generated two stages. A genetic simulated annealing algorithm proposed solve optimization problem results compared those from algorithm. case study also conducted demonstrate effectiveness indicate can provide practical effective solutions that help planners government agencies make informed location decisions.
