ABSTRACT
In this study, we prepared PTX-loaded mesoporous hollow SnO 2 nanofibers conjugated with folic acid (SFNFP) for liver cancer therapy. According to SEM and TEM characterization, SFNF showed a structure. The average outer diameter was 200 nm, the wall thickness 50 nm. DSC XRD study that PTX in channels of present an amorphous state. vitro release experiments demonstrated could efficiently improve dissolution rate PTX. Both cell vivo antitumor SFNFP inhibit growth cells. Therefore, is promising targeting drug delivery carrier.
