ABSTRACT

Abstract
In the present report, we show real-time imaging of cancer cell trafficking in lymphatic vessels. Cancer cells labeled with both green fluorescent protein (GFP) nucleus and red (RFP) cytoplasm or GFP only RFP were injected into inguinal lymph node nude mice. The trafficked through vessels where they imaged via a skin flap real time at cellular level until entered axillary node. bright fluorescence microscopic capability Olympus OV100 small-animal system enabled lymphatics.
