&lt;p&gt;FASN protein expression in tumor glands is inversely correlated with &lt;i&gt;FASN&lt;/i&gt; gene methylation tissue primary prostate tumors. &lt;b&gt;A,&lt;/b&gt; Representative plots of beta values (range: 0–1) by probe on InfiniumEPIC for three tumors among the lowest (blue, H-score range from 3–4) and highest (red, 289–292) mean FASN JHU cohort.
